V-Diet Workout Questions


Just orded my V-Diet stuff so I’ll likely be starting up sometime this week, but I was wondering if I can still keep my workouts the same? I generally go 5 days a week for about 1 hr 15 min with medium to heavy weight.


The package is set up to follow the official V-Diet workouts, so if you train more often, you may run out of Surge Recovery early.

Also, doing too much in the gym can negatively affect the diet plan as you’ll be eating lower cals and carbs.
