V-Diet Workout: Phase Length

I am confused about phase one and two - how long does phase one last? When to switch to phase 2?

The main phase of the V-Diet is 28 days. The second suggested Transition phase is two weeks, though many adjust that to fit their needs. Some go shorter, some longer because they enjoy the convenience of quick Metabolic Drive meals.
