V-Diet Workout Charts

I need help in understanding the V-Diet workout charts. I can see the rep/wieght/load info,im just not sure what the 12 boxes represent,Is it 12 sets of the excersise? Thanks for your help.

There are 12 boxes in case you need that many. Seldom do you need to use all of them. Just stop when you reach the right number of total reps, however many sets that is. It’s that easy.

Spot on.

And make sure you’ve read the “Secrets to Velocity Training” tab. Most folks seem to skip that, and that’s where the instructions are.
