V-Diet with Lower Back Problems

Hello, first post here. I’m very interested in doing the V-Diet to lose the fat i’ve been carrying forever. My question is about lower back problems that i’ve been battling forever. I refuse to do squats or deadlifts, i know i know. save it, i cant do them properly and am not risking injury again.

I have very strong legs due to single leg movements with dumbbells (step-ups, lunges, reverse lunges, bulgarian split squats). My question is can I replace the squats, deads with these or no? I’m really interested in doing this and feel that it would work great for me. Please let the answer be yes.

also i have decided to do the intermediate workout.

Come on guys I need advice.
