My wife and I are strongly considering the v-diet. The only kind of training she dose is a crossfit / kickboxing style boot camp classes that are 90min long, three days a week. I have tried to get her to lift at the gym with me and with other people with no luck. Being that the high intensity functional fitness classes are the only thing she will really do. Would you still recommend the v-diet? Her goal is primarily fat loss.
Sure, though she may not need as much of the Surge Recovery component since it’s primarily meant for post-weight training. Maybe half a serving for her.
