Hey Chris, i just finished (well nearly) a 25 day v-diet and as of of today i’m transition v-diet/v-diet lite, which i plan on doing for the next 8 weeks or so.
For the last 10 days or so i only lost about 3-4 lbs which i’m not not mad about because i’ve seen my body change over the last 4 weeks.
However as the weight loss has stalled i’m worried my metabolism/bmr has become accustomed to the calorie deficit.
I’m wondering would a ‘‘re-feed’’ or something of the like give a boost to my metabolism and kick start my metabolism?
Every evening will obviously be HSM’s.
