I’m taking my first run at the V-Diet and excited to see some changes. My question is I completed the first weight training workout and it seemed too short…it only took about 30. Minutes…is that right? Or did I miss something ive looked over the program very thoroughly and I believe I’m doing it correctly. Thanks for any help
30 minutes is about right. if think its too easy you need to use more weight.
Ya it was definitly hard and was fatigued I just wasnt sure about how long it should last. thanks!!!
The program can seem short if followed correctly, observing the short rest periods. Should be exhausting though. If you just want to be in the gym longer, do a slightly inclined walk in the treadmill.
