V-Diet Starting Today, Here We Go!

Hello folks i spent quite a few hours perfecting my calories and workouts, my spreadsheet looks pretty intact and clean.

So far im going on shake 3 at 1:00 p.m

my only concern is im not sure if im going to high on the fats im at 40 gms of good fats and about 48 gms of fiber 185 grams of protein and 68 of carbs and about 40 on off trainning days.

Is there a limit to the amount of fats?
