With regards to my body fat, dont you think I know its high? I went to the gym this morning FYI so I have been busting my balls there. I am being very strict, with 4 people around me eating like there is no tommorow I havent touched any edible food at all.
This isn’t a ‘dig’ response, Im just trying to back myself up a bit – id like some positive comments like I have been receiving some of the time… with posts like “dam with your bf% id be training all nite long” dont really help tbh.
Im trying to change myself because I know I look terrible… so support is very and hugely appriciated.
I meant that the problem won’t be the diet coke, it will be your determination and perseverance. What I meant that it’s easy to be determined for a few days maybe a couple weeks, but since you have so much to lose you need to be strict for months. And then it will become more difficult when you try to keep of the weight.
I’m a little spartan myself. I believe that only support you should rely on comes from your own mind. Life isn’t positive and I think one shouldn’t rely on positive comments and even less asking for them. I don’t really care if you went to gym this morning or not. I don’t really care if there is 4 people eating around you (why should you btw?).It’s your body and only you know if and when you are happy with yourself and only you can make the difference.
I’m not out to give positive comments if there is nothing to comment. The support won’t always be there but since I’m such a nice guy I’ll support you with this one. Stop being so sensitive and bust some balls.

I know what you’re saying, just finding it hard at the mo and seem to be very snappy at people, I apologise.
I’ve got 6 weeks worth of v-diet to go, and then i’m going calorie controlled after that with HIIT workouts to further reduce this flab. At a guess, does anyone know approximatley what my bodyfat is? rough estimate just so I got an Idea.
Wanting the “V” shape as an end result and my stomach to be flat - would like some abs too ! Ah… well we shall see when it comes to it.
Is my meal day a week on the day I started? So Thursday next week? or do I pick a day where I’d like to have a meal (i.e: sunday) and just have it on the sundays? Im not trying to have my meal quick - just want to know… ya kno!
Oh also with regards to the DIET COKE, is it OK to have it as a one-off every so often? (not trying to cheat, but just incase I have one I dont want it to wreck it 101%)
