V-Diet Shakes Help

Hey everyone, I have a quick question. I just started my first V-Diet today. I am 265 lbs, which is at the upper limit for this diet. I know Chris is pretty adamant about not adding anything, but I am wondering what the rules are about cutting back on the protein…I am having trouble consuming the shakes with 3 scoops of the protein (Meals 1, 3, and 5)…I am just too full. I can suck it up and force it down if I need to, but I could really use some feedback. Sorry if I sound like the whiny newbie, I just don’t want to screw this up!
