V-Diet Schedule- Is This Right?

Hi every one- noob here.

I’ve been known to inadvertently overlook things. I just want to make sure I got this right. I’m currently @ 178# and looking to get down to about 165-160. My body fat is about 20% according my electronic body fat scale- though I question is accuracy.

Anyway the math tells me I need 1340 cal( the sched below equals to 1352) on NWD and 1600 call on WD. This allows me 9 scoops of Metabolic Drive a day in addition to the PB, Flax and Flameout. Does this get me on the right track? Any suggestions are welcome. :slight_smile:

looks right to me though

This schedule looks fine. And the protein amount is just right.

And yes, those electronic body fat scales can be very wonky and inaccurate.
