I did the V-Diet a few years ago and got where I wanted. In the past year we have totally gutted our house so it has been a stressful time. I am a stay at home dad wth three kids (7y, 3y and 18m)…so they keep me busy. I am looking forward to starting up again…I have been kidding myself till I stepped on the scale yesterday (212 pounds). I knew the reno was going to be rough…and I decided to just “run with it” but my body fat got away from me and I have been kidding myself.
I’ll post pics as well as measurements this weekend. Looking forward to the support. Any suggestions for going at round 2?
