So Once More Into Hell.
The Velocity Diet worked great for me last time but it did not quite finish everything I wanted to change both physically and mentally. The millions of voices in my head telling me to eat junk that I’ve learned to ignore since moving from 350lbs down to 240lbs were really quieted by the time I finished the diet and ended up at about 210 lbs after the transition phase.
I kept the weight off for a few months but moving countries to go back to school I put on about 10lbs because I got out of the habits I learned from the V-Diet. So I’m sitting at 220 lbs now and the goal is to break 200 lbs at least, ideally getting down to 195 to 185lbs. When I succeed I will be the lightest I’ve been in about 15 years.
I’m planning to do all the little things that I did last time, like telling everyone so if I failed I would have to answer to over 30 people and writing my daily weight on my hand every morning.
Didn’t do a log last time but I read everything on the forums daily, I have more free time this time not working 2 full time jobs so I figured I’d give it a shot.
