V-Diet Round 2. Start Date 4/3/16

Giving the V-Diet another go. I lost about 13# on first 4 weeks back in January and I’ve lost 4# since that time. I am going to follow the diet and workouts as closely as I can, and also do the V-Challenges and NEPA.

Height: 5’10"
Weight: 205 lbs
Neck: 16 in
Shoulders: 51 in
Chest: 44 in
Waist (one inch above): 37 in
Waist (one inch below): 39 in
Waist (at navel): 38.5 in
Hips: 40 in
Biceps: R 16.25 in; L 16.25 in
Thighs: R 25.5 in; L 25 in
Calves: R 16 in; L 16 in
