V-Diet Review Please

I have just started my Velocity diet and would like for the experienced people to review my daily intake to ensure it is all good.

My target calories are 1500-1800. This is for my non workout days. I am curious about my Fat Intake and Carbs being correct???

Total Calories-1550
Total Fat 15.5g
Total Carbs19
Total Fiber 20g
Total Protein 332g

Work Out days
Total calories-1730
Total Fats 34.5g (From Salmon Oil, bc no Flameout)
Total Carbs 19
Total Fiber 20g
Total Protein 332g

Not sure right now about the fat and carbs but the protein sounds high. I’m about to finish the second week of the diet and the best I recall without my notes is that my protein is between 200-250. Probably closer to 250 with my Kcals being 1600 and 1900.

There should also be about 300 kcals different on workout days and non workout days just because of the Surge. I think these numbers are pretty close off the top of my head.

Looks off to me, but we need more info. How much do you weigh? Are you a man or woman? What products are you using? Etc.
