V-Diet Package for Women

Is there any difference between the package over at the FigureAthlete.com site and ordering here on T-Nation. Is the Metabolic Drive, Surge, HOT-ROX, Flameout the same as the one on T-Nation?. Kind of a dumb question but just want to make sure.

The women’s package contains Se7en and may not contain enough product for a larger male.

Yes I know but I will add more Metabolic Drive to make up for it.

Since you are here Chris this is my plan for the diet. I send you a PM but don’t think you will be reading it anytime soon.

I’m 5’11" 180lbs here it is:

Meal 1:

Shake
220 calories
3.5 g fat
3 g carbs
40 protein

Meal 2:

Shake(with flax)
270 calories
8 g fat
12g carbs
43 g protein

Meal 3:

Shake and 3 Flameout
260 calories
19.5g fat
7g carbs
40g protein

Meal 4:

Shake(with flax)
160 calories
6.5g fat
8g carbs
23g protein

Meal 5:

Shake
110 calories
1.5g fat
4g carbs
20g protein

Meal 6:

Shake with peanut butter
330 calories
32g fat
6g carbs
28g protein

Total:

Calories=1,348
Fat= 74.1g
Carbs=48.0g
Fiber=17
Protein=195g

thats the off days on days that I train it looks like this:

Calories=1,593

Fat=68.6g
Carbs=91.0
Fiber=16
Protein=216.8g

On training days I cut back on the peanut butter to only half a serving since the Surge takes my calorie intake above what I’m suppose to. I’ll rather be slightly bellow calories than slightly above :-). I will also add come fiber tabs to bump it up to 25g or so per day.

So how did I do?
