Just ordered the V-Diet, Does anyone have any tips for someone that works graveyard shifts? My first day off I usually come home and sleep for a few hours. Don’t know if when I wake up that would be my breakfast or how to approach my first day off.
That’s always a tough situation. Basically, you just want to think about dividing your Metabolic Drive shakes fairly evenly throughout your “day.” You don’t want to wait too long between them and of course you don’t two that are too close together. You’ll get the hang of it after a couple of days.
