V-Diet May 2011


I hav started V-Diet again today.
I really want to go through the full 30 days plus transition period.

Last time i didi it i completly changed my eatimg habits, i was more thoughtfull with my eating and i think i need to get back on track with food.

I am excited although terified, but i think i need to make myself accountable.


Did you start? How are you going?


Good luck on your second run! Are you doing it again for better results or did you end up falling off the wagon some point after the first V-Diet? Any advice for some of us doing it right now for the first time!?
