Alright, let’s get to it! Over the past 18 months I’ve fallen WAY of shape, and an embarrassing image of my former self. It’s rather sad when you realize that you don’t fit into your jeans anymore. That’s my goal, get back down to 30" waist and be stronger than ever.
I won’t be posting measurements; I think the pictures will speak for themselves. I will start on Monday, and for all you ex and current V-Dieters out there, any suggestions would be helpful. I’ll post pics and starting weight on Sunday.
