V-Diet Log


Hey, I’m a new member of T-Nation, although I have been reading the articles for a little while now. I’ve been training for about 10 years now and my weight and bodyfat have fluctuated over the years (as high as 250lbs and as low as 196lbs; as low as 9% bf currently around 18%) while competing in collegiate sports. Now that I am finished with undergrad and am in grad school I want to lower my bodyfat and have a leaner look. I have always been stocky and have only been at the point where I had visible abs once in my life. I’d like to get back to that point. So here goes!

So, I definitely failed on updating my log throughout the process (school has been a bit hectic for me lately), but overall I would say my v-diet was a success. I actually started it on Oct. 3 and finished on the 30th. I lost about 18lbs and can definitely see a difference in the mirror as well as how loosely my clothes fit.
