V-Diet Log

Decided to give the Velocity diet a run, i dont have pics but heres my measurements

weight: 157
chest: 40.5
waist: 35.5
pantline: 34.75
bicep: 14.75

big 3 lifts

bench: 240
squat: 275
deadlift: 305

Following the diet and training to a t. 3 days a week fullbody routine (mon-wed-fri)

1 solid meal a week (if i need it)

starting today, had my first shake and im feeling great !
