This log will be pretty brief, just a kind of accountability as I have done the diet before and know this helps a bunch.
I got up today and looked at some photos taken yesterday and was getting ready to start long phase of muscle/strength gains but I still wasn’t where I wanted to be in terms of leanness. These love handles just don’t want to go away but I do know the one diet that will make them vanish.
Weight 171.4 lbs
Waist 34.75 in

1 Serving Flax
I’ll be working out around 1 PM and update often. I am very meticulous in keeping records, this will be no different.
Once I get some copies of the photos I’ll upload them for week 1 then go on from there (although they may come later than week 2s photos)
At the end of this diet I’ll be around 155 lbs (kinda scary, I’m afraid I’ll fly away in the wind) but I’m decently strong for my size so we’ll see how it goes.
I just want these damn love handles gone once and for all.
