V-Diet Log. The Journey Begins


I am doing the VDiet Light for a couple of days until my order arrives. I am having 3 shakes and 2 healthy meals. I am using Vega Protein, which is great, but I don’t think it keeps me as full as the Metabolic Drive will. However, it has Leucine in it. I plan to update my diet log every couple of days to keep me focused and on track.

Here’s my background
35 year old female (turning 36 in October, which was the catalyst for the VDiet)
I will workout out with an excellent trainer 4 days per week for 6 weeks.
Will do my NEPA with my awesome dog, Joey, who likes to walk. Alot.
Weight: 131.5 lbs (heaviest I have ever been in my life. Have always been b/w 123-125lbs)
Measurements: hips 38.5, waist 27, thigh 20.5, bicep 10
Goals: improve my leg strength, rid myself of sugar cravings, fit into a pair of jeans that I haven’t been able to wear in months.
