V-Diet Log - Started Feb 1st

I wasn’t going to keep a log but I’ve been reading the posts by everyone else so I figured I might as well contribute.

I started Feb 1st so today is day 7. I have only been hungry a few times this week, if anything I’ve been stuffed and have been struggling to get the 5 or 6 shakes down (I split it into 6 on training days). Training has been brutal, it’s not the exercises but the rest periods. The reverse lunges kicked my ass.

These are my stats when I started, I have photos but for now they are stuck on my camera, I’ll have to pick up a memory card reader this week.
