Good luck! My husband and I are doing it together. We are on day 9! It was a good first week! I think doing it together makes a huge difference!

Way to go G Family. You are part of a whole new trend in couples V Dieting together:) I just finished 28 days, and my wife didn’t do the V Diet, but she did other lifestyle changes and has been very supportive. I know you will do great! Just stick with the plan. Holler if you have any questions.

Like many others, we have had some inconsistent measurements. We’re working on trying to be as accurate as possible. Even with our lack of precision, we are making noticeable progress. I think it’s because the waist at its largest point is the easiest to measure.
