V-Diet Lite?


I’ve had quite a few friends (male and female) use the V-Diet with amazing results. I’m contemplating trying it myself, but as my intention is more for weight loss and tone, a friend suggested a V-Diet lite by dropping some of the supplements that are purely for muscle growth. Yes, no, suggestions?

Age 28
I do yoga/total gym/jogging 4-5 times per week.


You want muscle growth, or at least maintenance. No muscle - no metabolism – no long term results.
