Chris, after a successful V-Diet about 9 months ago I am going to do a V-Diet Lite for 4 weeks to help shed a bit of fat and clean up my eating a bit. I plan to have a Metabolic Drive shake for breakfast, lunch and snake and then a HSM each day (basically week 5 of the diet).
My question is around workouts. On the V-Diet I took Surge after working out. During my V-Diet Lite would you recommend taking a post-workout supplement like MAG-10 or a pre-workout like Plazma before and during?
