So I’m currently a month into my deployment in Afghanistan, and I decided to do the V-Diet again. Conditions should be pretty good for it. They have a little gym right down from where I work, there’s no company pt to be a variable in my results, and there’s really no distractions out here besides work and sleep. I just got all my stuff in so I’ll be starting Monday. The only problem is when I asked my parents to mail me all the extra stuff I need, they accidentally sent me whole flax seed instead of milled. Any ideas there? Anyways, I will try to update this as much as I can, and get some good before/after pics and week by week measurements.
