V-Diet & Hip Flexor Pain


This is my third time doing the diet and I absolutely love it.

I slightly injured my right Hip Flexor doing squats. Would you mind suggesting some supplemental exercises? Thanks!


Hip flexor pain is tough to get around. You could experiment with old school hack squats (holding barbell behind body, heels elevated), narrow stance leg presses or Smith machine squats with feet far in front of body. While not as great, you may be stuck with leg extensions for a while. You could use partial reps at the end and go for the burn and pump, aka John Meadows style.
