Hi, I’m asking this for my Mom, is the V-Diet suitable for middle aged women? 54y, currently does moderate cardio activity 4 times a week, and plenty of NEPA!
Good health. Weighs 75kg, 5ft 6inch…has been at this steady weight for several years. I’m personally planning to go on the V-Diet, I’m 30y, and have around 5kg left to lose. I was wondering if it is safe for my mom to try it with me. Thanks vm
