Hi all, Ive been fooling about with some of the ingredients of the V-Diet and managed to make a cake by only adding 1 egg white to the list. \o/
Any way hope this qualifies for the diet.
1 egg white
1 tbsp milled flax seed
1 serving whey protein
2 tbsp water
Place all the ingredients in a mug and mix it with a spoon.
Then microwave it on high for 2-3 mins
And there you go cake on the V-Diet.
