SO today is the first day of this wonderful diet!!
I dont see myself having any problems with the diet
itself! I want results!! :slight_smile:

wow long day one… day two well on its way! the workout was good… unsure about the plank hold? how long to hold it? for how many sets? guess ill search around here…

So a little about me… I am a stay at home mom of 4 Yes i said 4 ages 14,12,3, and 2
they keep me busy!! the hardest part is going to be resisting their meals and sneaking a bite here and there… yesterday i actually caught myself eating a gummy and spit it out…

i know i can do this just gonna take alot of willpower!!!

day two went well :slight_smile: gonna add some pictures so i can judge my progress, already feel better… but i have to admit i am SOOO ready for my REAL MEAL :slight_smile:

you are nearly 1/14th of the wat through!!I took the plunge yesterday and am feeling quite full with the shakes but i feel abit light headed when i take the HOT-ROX!!Just keep up he great work and you’ll soon be looking back on this with great results

i cant take the HOT-ROX, tried them before and causes problems for me… I am taking the Carbolin 19 instead…

After seeing those “before” pics, I think you’ll look pretty shredded after the V-Diet.

If the taste of the shakes get old, try using extracts.

thanks!! i sure hope i get GREAT results…
tough fixing food all day for the family and not getting to eat it!! :slight_smile:
Any suggestions on the extracts?? Right now the shakes are yummy…
but would like to have things on hand for those times when i need them!

another question… i got the rasberry surge recovery and i cant stand it…
is there anyway to make it better i hate to waste it.
but i am ready to order another flavor i just cant stomach the taste…

heres to DAY 4… i feel like im not getting enough of a workout
to get those great results but im gonna trust in the system :slight_smile:

I used chocolate and vanilla MD during my V-Diet. The extracts I liked best were orange, mint, raspberry and lemon. Especially lemon.

That’s the most common complaint I’ve heard and the same problem I had with it too. I liked the chocolate flavor much better. Don’t know what to suggest on that one.

Hey!

That raspberry flavored Surge Recovery stuff… yeah… Chug it and drink water afterwards. Lots of water.

Then try some mouthwash to get rid of the taste. It’s what I’ve been doing, and it helps.

Keep up the good work, I know you’ll get there. :slight_smile:

so day 5 here we go… ready for my workout
tonight… wondering if i should switch to a harder level??
it just doesnt seem like enough?
but i am sore from some of the exercises??
any thoughts?

i have another headache this morning, but not
as bad as day2… heres to a wonderful shake filled weekend.
Cant wait for my REAL food!!
not sure which day to get it in, my son plays baseball
so trying to save it for when we all go out to eat :slight_smile:

What level workout are you doing now?

You could either add weight to what you’re doing now, or switch if the added weight isn’t enough for you.

… Im doing the beginner right now.
I did exactly that added weight… yesterday and got a much better workout!
just in my mind i guess… how could 4 simple exercises give me that look…

this all is going great… getting alot of “ur doing what” from friends… which
only motivates me more!! :slight_smile: my son plays
travel baseball, luckily we are in town
this weekend… my first BIG test will be
being out of town on this diet, we all go out and eat after games but another week
on it before we leave again…

day 6… gotts do the v-burn today should
be fun/ have a GREAT day!!

morning all… day 7 whooo hooo :slight_smile:
one week and already lovin this diet!

:slight_smile: didnt get the vburn in yesterday so will
accomplish this after our long day at the baseball fields… Had my FIRST real meal
I didnt enjoy it as much as i thought i would?
my salad was the best part and was full after it… a small side salad

my abs are extremly sore this morning
kinda over did it i think but LOVE being sore :slight_smile:
