V-Diet Begins Tomorrow

My V-Diet supplies arrived today. I start the V-Diet tomorrow 6/16/17. I’ll take the photos, measurements and weight in the morning.

Leg measurement disparities are due to near amputation of right leg at knee and medial calf muscle transfer to cover knee where there was no flesh post accident.

While my abdominal fat is both subcutaneous and visceral, it appears visceral is predominant.

Accurate or not it will at least show the trend from over the course of the V-diet.

I’m thinking about eating Paisley, the pup that photo bombed my before photo.
