V-Diet Beginner Workouts

I know the beginner workouts are in the 40 to 50 total reps range, but was wondering how many sets are others spreading this across?


As many as needed.

Remember, the first set determines the weight used. So for medium day, you use a weight that allows for a max of 8-9 reps. You should crap out by rep 9.

Now, keeping that same weight, get 40 total reps for that exercise, regardless of how many sets it takes. You could be doing only 1 or 2 reps by the end of it.

And remember, 45 second rest intervals between sets, and lift fast and hard!
