I am considering the V-Diet to cut my body fat from around 12% down to single digit percentage. It seems like this diet is perfect for that.
I will be participating in the Tough Mudder in Nor Cal on Sept. 30th. Unfortunately, this means some jogging and distance running have become part of my training leading up to the event.
My question is this… Should I wait until after the event to start the V-Diet? I have concerns that the endurance nature of the event and the required training are not ideally suited for the V-Diet.
