Hey everyone, I’m planning on starting a V-Diet to drop some extra fat. I read as part of the diet that sports and other intense activity are best left out. Currently I’ve got rugby practice two days per week. My summer sevens season is coming to an end and fifteens will start up around the time I finish the V-Diet up.
Is it acceptable to still attend practice while on the V-Diet? How big an effect would it have and are there modifications I should make? I’m not available for the last two tournaments so I won’t be playing any full games. Would it be best to drop practice while on the V-Diet, just go to one practice per week, or is it alright to do both practices? Thanks,
