V-Diet and Me

currently working out - but having issues with my diet.

Where can I find info on the V-Diet?



Though it’s probably not for you at this time.

Better to lose a lot of the body fat first with another plan, then use the V-Diet to bring it home or break a plateau. Right now you’e too heavy for the V-Diet. The cut-off is 265. It’s just not made for those over that, unless they’re genetic outliers (6’7" and solid muscle.)

Try my 100 Gram Carb Cure first. I bet you could make great progress with that, then hit the V-Diet later.
