I do olympic lifting instructing for a crossfit gym and I’m going to start the V-Diet this Sunday or Monday. I was thinking of doing lifting 4 days a week and one metabolic workout (10-15 min tops) a week. I also do karate at night but I’m committed to the diet and do not want to overtrain. I’ll most likely cut karate to two days a week and my instructor is ok with me backing off and working on forms.
Do you think I will need an extra recovery drink or two through the week or should I do it Rxd?
