After reading Dan John’s latest book, Never Let Go, in which he gave you extremely high regards for this diet, I decided to give it a go. As he says in the book, you must match your behaviors to your goals, so it’s time to cut the BS. When reading this book, I noticed that his workout on the diet was a little different and consisted of some olympic lifts, obviously which he is extremely known for. I was wondering if it would be alright to add some barbell complexes to the end of the workouts as a type of finisher? Any feedback or suggestions would be great as I’m ready to tackle this challenge. Thank you for your time.
