With my schedule for work I work out in the morning at 5am. Is it okay to reverse the meal plan to have Plasma pre/during workout followed by the one HSM after working out and have the shakes the rest of the day? If so how long should I wait for have the HSM after working out.
What I did was wake at 0430, drink half of the breakfast shake, drink half the Plazma, warmup and start the workout. After the workout I had the rest of the breakfast shake. I had the HSM at dinner time 1900 or so. That worked OK for me.
