V-Diet After 6 Month Break


I was training for about 4 Years. Beginning last year i did a V-Diet with good results.
Due to private thinks i was out of the gym for abot 6month now and i’m a bit out of shape.

I want to start training next week. Can i start right away with the v-diet. If not what is your recomendatiion.



It’s up to you. You’ll get quick results after the layoff just by training and and eating right again, so you could let that new stimulus do its thing then tackle the V-Diet once progress in fat loss slows.

But it wouldn’t hurt just to jump right into it either. Sometimes starting a new diet and training program at the same time keeps you motivated and on target, and results would come very fast.
