I first tried the V-Diet in February 2008 - with good success - lost about 10# but not so much bf. In the months since Feb, I have kept the cals and food fairly down (some cheat days did get away from me) but all in all - still down the 10# -Good for me.
Now, round 2 - will start on Monday June 2 (product has not arrived yet.) Going to train hard and keep my cardio up. Other details to follow.
