V-Burn Fasted vs. Un-fasted


Due to time constraints, I do my V-Burn first thing in the morning after my HOT-ROX.

Obviously, I’m in a fasted state.

Is that not recommended, or does it not matter?

Also, why no Surge after V-Burn?

I feel like I’ve earned it after that, but I’m curious to know the thinking behind this.



Surge Recovery is for post-weight training, when you’re really tearing down muscle tissue. The V-Burn uses no weights, just body weight. So Surge isn’t needed.

A fasted V-Burn is fine. What I’d do is take a shot of MAG-10. Sip half before, half after, much in the style of Dr. Lowery’s cardio method:
