Using the V-Diet as a Kickstart

Here I am at the start of the journey, really looking forward to see a transformation, I have struggled for the last 2-3 years with my eating habits, when I first started reading T-Nation I lost something like 70 pounds, mantained like 1 and a half to 2 years, then little by little started gaining weight,

right now I’m not as fat and at least I feel much stronger but gained back about 50 pounds, I hope the V-diet can kickstart my weight-loss and give me back my lost control, good eating habits and will with my food options.

So day 3 is going pretty well, I feel a little bit drained in the energy department but that’s normal with the calorie deficit and I’m sure it’s part psychological too.
