I have been on the V-Diet for 4 days. As we all know the 4 flavors of Metabolic Drive can get boring pretty fast.
Make a shake with 3/4 vanilla and 1/4 chocolate. Then add an ounce of instant coffee and ice. Blend it up. It tastes awesome. Like a V-Diet Frappuccino.
I used the Taster’s Choice on the go instant coffee packets.
