Traveling Overseas. What One Supplement Would You Take?


I’ll be traveling over seas for 4-9 months and will have limited space, what supplement would you suggest for me to bring over?? Looking to keep muscle and recover at the best rate possible.

Mag-10. I don’t know where you’re going or what you’ll be doing, but 1 or 2 pulses a day will help ensure high-quality protein intake on top of whatever food you’re getting.

It can also stand in for workout nutrition in a pinch, 1 serving during training and 1 serving after.
