Transition Sprinting?



What are your thoughts on adding in a short sprinting session 2x per week (say, Thurs/Sun) to speed fat loss during the transition period? Would maybe do 50yds*5 walking back to the starting point as rest


That would be fine during the Transition stage.

40 yards x 8-10 is fun. I likeā€™em short and intense.
