After reading around a bit on the carb intake while on Indigo, I saw that it was recommended to start with 100g in the training period. I just wanted clarification on exactly what that was. Is is simply peri-workout nutrition?
Right now (have not started Indigo), I don’t do preworkout (as in within an hour) carbs, but I have 50-80 carbs intra, then about 100g in a PWO meal about an hour after I workout.
Should I up my intra carbs? Should I hit a PWO shake immediately after to get more carbs in? Should increase PWO carbs?
I’ve read the carb guide, but didn’t notice anything very detailed on carb timing. Any suggestions are welcome.
