The main thing you’re probably going to find is that you’ll be able to increase training frequency. So your may plan for 5 days a week of lifting, but discover that you WANT to hit the gym for a 6th day… and it won’t overtrain you. Or maybe some twice-daily sessions if your schedule allows it.
The training rule is kinda like my carb rule when using Indigo-3G: push it.
Ramp it up, and you’ll be surprised at what you can get away with.
