Train for Endurance & Strength on the V-Diet?


I’ve looked into the V-Diet and curently I’ve been on the anabolic diet for almost a year. So discipline is not the problem. From what I understand the V diet helps you shred fast. But is it that much faster than a loss of 1-2 lbs a week to make it worth the pain of a liquid diet for 6 weeks?

When doing the V-Diet will you have enough stamina to strength train or train for endurance?


The V-Diet is not for the endurance athlete, but rather for the weight-trained person wanting to shed fat quickly. This mostly-liquid plan (there’s a solid meal every week) helps the dieter drop bad dietary habits and reprogram the taste buds to prefer healthier foods.
